Hi! We are a mother + daughter owned business. For a hot minute God has placed in our heart to go into business together and with lots of prayer we decided to open Living Love Letter, a chill luxe piercing studio. Our hope is that during your experience you are reminded that you are a love letter and that getting a piercing (or 3) can be a fun experience while making lasting memories. We are located in Walnut Creek, CA and offer ear styling and ear piercing services. Whether it’s your first piercing or 10th, our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable experience. Living Love Letter requires a non- refundable deposit. Deposits will go towards your service fee during your appointment. - we kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any fees. - if you cancel or reschedule any time after the 24 hour mark you will be charged 100% of the service fee and a new deposit will be required when rebooking. -no-show clients will be banned from booking again. - if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be required to rebook and pay a new deposit.
